Mechanical Engineer – Villa Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical works on a high‑end villa project. The role involves supervising the installation of all mechanical systems, coordinating with the design team and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Supervise the installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire‑fighting systems.
• Monitor project progress and verify that work follows approved plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks of mechanical works.
• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes and safety standards.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in building construction, preferably residential or villa projects.
• Professional registration or certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire‑fighting systems.
• MEP system knowledge.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
