Mechanical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the design and construction phases of mechanical engineering projects. The role ensures projects meet objectives, timelines, quality standards and safety while delivering high‑quality facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project charters and detailed plans covering scope, objectives, schedule, budget and resources.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks and key metrics; manage on‑site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards.
• Evaluate change requests and assess impacts on scope, cost and schedule.
• Oversee project handover, including permits, documentation and operational readiness.
• Review and coordinate designs for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fuel and other mechanical utility systems.
• Monitor installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Resolve design and construction issues with contractors and consultants; review shop drawings, method statements and technical submittals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical systems design and construction.
• Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate stakeholders and handle change management.
