Mechanical Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment across Al Khozama Investment properties, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems, including pumps, motors, valves, compressors and plumbing‑related equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain building services systems and respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Monitor equipment condition, conduct regular inspections of mechanical rooms and installations, and record maintenance activities.
• Assist with HVAC and other building mechanical systems, carry out basic installation, alignment, lubrication and adjustment works.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and support contractors during maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, commercial buildings or property management.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
