Media Buyer & Performance Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Media Buyer & Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The role focuses on driving acquisition, retention, and conversion for mobile applications and e‑commerce businesses within the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Manage performance campaigns for mobile apps and e‑commerce brands.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids and creatives to meet KPIs and ROAS targets.
• Analyze customer journeys, attribution models and funnel performance.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad creative effectiveness.
• Track and report results with actionable insights.
• Oversee app attribution and analytics platforms.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing and scaling strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends and platform updates specific to Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer (minimum 4 years).
• Strong background in mobile app marketing and e‑commerce campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
• Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Deep understanding of attribution, tracking and data analysis.
• Experience in fast‑paced, startup environments.
• Good knowledge of Saudi market user behavior.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
