Medical Representative – Dammadi

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to join its sales team in Dammam. You will act as the bridge between the company and healthcare professionals, promoting Hikma’s portfolio of generic, specialty and branded medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update records of sales targets, activities and performance.
• Develop relationships with doctors, pharmacists and hospital teams, arranging appointments and events to present Hikma products.
• Increase product awareness through continuous learning and sharing information with healthcare providers.
• Prospect new customers, keep customer lists current, and ensure product availability across the territory.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to management.
• Prepare sales reports, planning documents and documentation in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• B.S. in Pharmacy.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
