Medical Representative – Dammam

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Viatris products within the Dammam territory, supporting physicians and other healthcare professionals in managing patient disease. This role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering scientific information, and driving product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Visit physicians to discuss disease management using Viatris products.
• Provide product samples, scientific literature, and clinical trial data to support informed decisions.
• Gather feedback from healthcare practitioners and relay it to the manager.
• Inform HCPs about proper product usage, dosage, and side effects.
• Report on customer requests, promotional responses, and product access issues.
• Assist marketing by sharing real‑market insights and customer needs.
• Monitor stock levels, consumption, and ordering processes.
• Organise audiovisual activities in the assigned area.
• Prepare periodic reports on visits, sales, market feedback, threats, and opportunities.
• Develop short‑term action plans and maintain an up‑to‑date customer list.

Required profile

• Proven ability to visit physicians and present product information.
• Experience gathering and communicating feedback from healthcare professionals.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Capability to understand customer disease‑management needs and align product advocacy accordingly.
