About the role
We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to ensure our products are well‑presented and consistently available across assigned retail outlets. The role involves daily visits to stores, managing stock rotation, pricing, and promotional displays while building strong relationships with store staff.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain shelves, coolers, and point‑of‑sale materials according to company standards.
- Execute merchandising and promotional programs on the assigned route.
- Monitor stock levels, minimize out‑of‑stock and expiry issues, and keep accurate route records.
- Support sales growth through excellent in‑store execution and outlet coverage.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering high‑quality service.
Required profile
- High School Certificate (Diploma preferred).
- 1–2 years experience in the beverage, FMCG, or related industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong customer service, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Physical ability to lift 10–15 kg and work in a field environment.
