Murex Implementation Manager

About the role

The Murex Implementation Manager is responsible for understanding business needs and delivering Murex‑based solutions that improve operational efficiency. This role oversees system stability, daily operational jobs, and ensures alignment with banking best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Implement departmental policies, processes and procedures while monitoring adherence.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring SLA compliance and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain Murex system stability, oversee daily jobs, backups and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Analyze business requirements, propose system enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare statistical reports for senior management and ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking IT.
• Advanced operational knowledge of Murex, including configuration of books and accounting events.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
