Network Security Engineer – Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to lead a team of security specialists. You will design, implement and maintain security solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring the organization’s network remains resilient against threats.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and operate network security devices, keeping them patched and up‑to‑date.
• Identify, enhance and exploit under‑utilised features of existing security solutions.
• Design and architect security solutions for both on‑premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Detect, troubleshoot and remediate network and security flaws quickly.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the team.
• Mentor and manage a team of network security engineers.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of hands‑on security experience.
• Proven experience with next‑generation firewalls and related security technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCIE‑Security, F5, or similar are preferred.
