About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Manager to understand and fulfil the needs of both new and existing clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring customers achieve success with our product through effective communication and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to align on customer success initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to capture their requirements and drive satisfaction.
  • Visit client sites regularly to uncover growth opportunities within our platform.
  • Prepare and present reports on account health, usage metrics, and renewal outlooks.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in account or client management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
