On-site Construction Project Document Administrator

About the role

All Good, a construction and engineering firm in Riyadh, is expanding its site team and seeks a meticulous On‑site Construction Project Document Administrator. The role is full‑time on a one‑year renewable contract, responsible for controlling all project documentation at the construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the project document control system, including drawings, transmittals and correspondence.
• Log, number, version‑control and distribute incoming documents.
• Prepare and file meeting minutes, daily reports and progress records.
• Track RFIs, variations and submittals, coordinating with consultants and clients.
• Compile as‑built and hand‑over/close‑out documentation.
• Control material inspection and test records in collaboration with HSE teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO document‑control standards and maintain confidentiality of project data.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of site or project document‑control experience (3 + years preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Prior experience on GCC or Saudi projects and a transferable Iqama are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Aconex, SharePoint or Autodesk Build (any is a strong advantage).
