Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage freight forwarding activities in Dammam. The role involves coordinating air, sea and land shipments, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day logistics and maintaining strong communication with customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate air, sea and land freight shipments from booking to delivery.
• Handle shipment tracking, customs clearance follow‑up and delivery status updates.
• Prepare, verify and manage shipping and logistics documentation.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters and agents.
• Resolve operational issues and delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless shipment handling.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of air, sea and land freight operations.
• Experience with shipping documentation and coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to follow up and solve problems efficiently.
• Preferably experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
