Operations Executive – B2B Marketplace

About the role

Noon is expanding its B2B marketplace in the Middle East and needs an Operations Executive to own end‑to‑end fulfillment, logistics and customer experience. You will work closely with product, logistics, finance and seller teams to ensure the platform scales reliably and profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own operational workflows across the order lifecycle, including capture, fulfillment, invoicing, returns and after‑sales.
• Develop processes for B2B‑specific scenarios such as bulk orders, RFQs, split deliveries, partial fulfillment and credit customers.
• Define, track and report core operational KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, cancellations, return rates, SLA adherence).
• Identify bottlenecks, failure points and cost leakages, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable operations and contribute to strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of operations or supply‑chain experience in marketplace or large‑scale e‑commerce environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex order flows, especially B2B or enterprise transactions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings and taking ownership of outcomes.
