Supply Chain Supervisor – Hospital Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor/Manager to lead daily supply chain activities within our hospital. The role ensures timely procurement, storage, and distribution of medical and non‑medical supplies, supporting uninterrupted patient care and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory control, and distribution activities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with clinical and support departments to guarantee availability of required supplies.
• Support procurement processes and follow up with suppliers to secure on‑time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on inventory status, purchasing activities, and overall supply chain performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable discipline.
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is an advantage.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
