Operations Manager – Amazon Now

About the role

Amazon Now is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the launch and day‑to‑day performance of dark stores across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for tracking operational metrics, ensuring data accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to launch new dark stores and index operational performance.
• Track and report metrics such as count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Maintain data integrity for dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership.
• Support root‑cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance network health.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• 3+ years experience managing employees and performance.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferred degree in supply chain, operations, engineering or analytics.
