Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our grocery fulfillment team within noon’s e‑commerce platform. You will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining high‑quality service standards, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment across the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing team to achieve maximum productivity and service quality.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Own the complete order fulfillment cycle, overseeing timely stock transfers and inbound processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with commercial, logistics, seller operations, vendors and inventory teams.
• Manage performance, disciplinary actions and attendance for staff within grocery fulfillment operations.
• Prepare and share timely reports and statistics on warehouse operations at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in e‑commerce operations or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present persuasively.
