Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our grocery fulfillment team within noon’s fast‑growing e‑commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, high productivity and top‑quality service across the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a high‑performing team, maintaining productivity and service standards.
• Develop and track key performance indicators, conduct root‑cause analysis of issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Own the full order fulfillment cycle, overseeing timely stock transfers and inbound processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with commercial, logistics, seller operations, vendors and inventory teams.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff, handling performance, disciplinary and absence management.
• Prepare and share timely reports and statistics on warehouse operations at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce operations or a similar environment.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
