Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect

About the role

The Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect will design and lead the implementation of end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for finance, EPM and HCM modules. Based in Jeddah, the role partners with business leaders to transform finance and procurement processes while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive Oracle Cloud ERP architectures covering Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), EPM and HCM, and produce solution blueprints and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead ERP transformation programmes, providing architectural oversight across design, build, test and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign finance and procurement processes, promoting out‑of‑the‑box functionality and minimizing customisations.
• Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs, and design data migration, reconciliation and governance frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and conducting architecture workshops.
• Monitor system performance, recommend optimisations and drive cost‑efficient use of Oracle Cloud services.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture and large‑scale Oracle Cloud ERP deployments.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, with ability to guide multi‑country implementation teams.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, EPM, HCM) configuration and architecture.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integration.
• Data migration tools such as FBDI and ADFdi.
• Reporting tools including OTBI and BI Publisher.
• OCI fundamentals and cloud architecture patterns.
