Organization Design Specialist

About the role

The Organization Design Specialist will lead day‑to‑day Human Resources Planning & Development activities for Saudi Telecom Company in Riyadh. The role ensures accurate data collection, framework design, training needs analysis, and internal training program delivery while supporting senior leadership with technical report reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily team operations within the HR Planning & Development scope, ensuring process accuracy.
• Supervise collation of HR data such as high‑potential information, workforce requirements, and employee engagement metrics.
• Oversee identification and monitoring of competencies using STC’s competency dictionary.
• Design and maintain end‑to‑end HR Planning & Development processes in line with standards.
• Administer surveys covering salary structure, grading, employee engagement, internal customer satisfaction, and 360‑degree leadership performance.
• Conduct training needs analysis at organizational, division, and individual levels.
• Maintain and circulate the corporate training calendar based on identified needs.
• Provide information on course availability and act as point of contact for registered participants.
• Organize internal training programs, manage participant lists, distribute materials, and support administration.
• Assist in developing on‑the‑job training techniques to promote experiential learning.
• Resolve escalated HR survey queries and forward complex issues to senior staff.
• Participate in research on best practices to suggest continuous improvements.
• Supervise consolidation of HR Planning & Development materials, including training, policy, organization structure, and workforce optimization documents.
