Senior Organization Development Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s organizational structure.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they are practical and consistently applied.
• Lead job description development and review, supporting clear role definitions and alignment with the approved structure.
• Support the enhancement and effective use of HR systems and people processes.
• Provide hands‑on support for recruitment of hard‑to‑fill and specialized positions, including sourcing and coordination with hiring managers.
• Follow up on daily People operations and help ensure timely, accurate service to employees and leaders.
• Work closely with department heads to identify workforce and organizational needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Track key People activities and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the QSR, restaurant, or broader hospitality sector is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience in HR policy development, organizational structure implementation, job description development, and HR operations.
• Experience supporting recruitment for specialized or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Saudi labor practices.
• Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Able to balance project work with hands‑on daily operational follow‑up.
