Organizational Development Manager

About the role

The Organizational Development Manager acts as an internal consultant and HR program manager, supporting business units and functions to achieve strategic goals through organizational development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of organizational development plans and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and manage the OD department work plan, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with business units to design and update organizational structures in response to market changes.
• Oversee performance management systems, conduct reviews, and recommend adjustments.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures, handling employee inquiries through the team.
• Lead training and staff development needs assessments to improve employee performance.
• Monitor HR key performance indicators such as turnover, training spend, and promotion cycles.
• Conduct market analysis for compensation, manage grading and salary scales, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and update company-wide HR manuals, incentive policies, and bonus/merit increase guidelines.
