OTR Supervisor (Delivery Operations)

About the role

Amazon is seeking an OTR Supervisor to lead safety, process quality, and operational performance at its Delivery Stations. You will protect your team’s safety, drive metric improvement, and partner with Delivery Service Partners to deliver a world‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OTR metrics and ensure on‑ground process compliance.
• Lead and conduct vehicle safety audits at the station.
• Facilitate onboarding with external contractors and monitor DAY0 attendance.
• Dive deep into OTR metric challenges, propose solutions and partner with DSPs and stakeholders.
• Oversee incentive management, uniform auditing, inventory accuracy and daily operations communications.
• Handle DSP callouts, escalations and provide timely feedback to improve processes.
• Streamline feedback loops from DSPs to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule – includes weekends, nights, holidays and overtime.
• 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk up to 12 hours and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Preferred: strong communication, training delivery, data‑analytics, data‑warehouse reporting and query‑design experience.
