Outbound Appointment Setter – Staffing Services (Remote)

About the role

This remote position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and generating new business opportunities for staffing and workforce solutions. You will work independently while receiving guidance, resources, and ongoing support from the partner company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses in target industries such as construction, manufacturing, and warehousing.
• Introduce staffing and workforce solutions, uncover hiring needs, and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate follow‑up information.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity to expand the sales pipeline.
• Update Salesforce CRM after each interaction, documenting conversations, outcomes, and next steps.
• Follow provided sales scripts, adapt conversations naturally, and handle basic objections professionally.
• Support broader business development initiatives through organized prospect management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or customer‑facing business development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (native or near‑native).
• Persistence, results‑driven mindset, and professional demeanor.
