Patriot Data Research Analyst

About the role

The Patriot Data Research Analyst supports the sustainment of the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) by managing inventory data and analysing spare‑parts information. Based in Jeddah, the analyst ensures accurate stock records and contributes to operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify materials in the inventory control point stock and incoming requisitions.
• Maintain and update the master inventory records file for accuracy.
• Track spare‑parts shortages, evaluate substitution feasibility, and support stock‑gathering activities.
• Analyse repair and return (R&R) materials and replenishment procedures, providing recommendations to optimise processes.
• Identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and prepare responses to problem reports from suppliers.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of spare‑parts database requirements.
• Contribute to on‑the‑job training initiatives for team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of relevant experience in data analysis or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
