About the role
Lenovo is seeking a PD Manager to lead its production line operations. The role focuses on overseeing the entire production process, establishing high‑performing teams, and ensuring that delivery, cost and quality targets are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee overall production line management.
- Lead team establishment, goal setting, and system implementation.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery, cost, and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in production team morale.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing production lines or similar manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set goals and implement systems.
- Strong focus on KPI management, including delivery, cost and quality.
