Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Idaratech is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid‑media initiatives across multiple digital platforms. The role is full‑time and based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on driving growth and maximizing ROI through strategic campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages and creative assets to improve effectiveness.
• Allocate and manage campaign budgets to meet performance goals.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high‑performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools and best practices in performance marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a performance or digital marketing role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in B2B or SaaS technology sectors is a plus.
