Planning Manager

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking a Planning Manager to lead the planning function for social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Vision 2030 objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and integrate all project elements into the planning process.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular schedule updates and reports to senior management.
• Assess project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior planning staff and promote continuous improvement.
• Participate in planning meetings and contribute to feasibility and strategy discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing planning teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
