About the role

The PMO Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable business value. This role establishes PMO governance, monitors performance, and provides executive insights to support effective decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance, alignment with strategy, and benefits realization.
• Develop and maintain PMO policies, frameworks, and standards; ensure consistent methodology application.
• Monitor project health, risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Consolidate reports and dashboards for senior leadership; support governance boards and steering committees.
• Manage resource allocation, quality assurance, and vendor evaluation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing teams while addressing low performance.
• Strong decision‑making skills, proactive problem anticipation, and accountability for results.
• Capability to translate corporate goals into actionable business plans and monitor execution.
