PMO Project Coordinator

About the role

Worley is seeking a proactive PMO Project Coordinator to support the Project Management Office in delivering complex energy and engineering projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure schedules, deliverables, and documentation are accurately managed.

Key responsibilities

• Support the PMO by coordinating project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, and action items, and update project dashboards and reports.
• Prepare management presentations, project reports, and status dashboards.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, and PMO records.
• Organise meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes, governance, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with resource planning, project controls, and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination, PMO support or project administration is preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
