PMO Specialist (IT)

About the role

The PMO Specialist (IT) will lead the development and execution of strategic PMO plans for our digital program portfolio in Al Jubail. The role focuses on improving business process efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering projects that meet budget and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop PMO strategic plans, KPIs and new processes aligned with digital investment goals.
• Design and maintain program/project dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Enhance methodologies, governance, tools and templates across the PMO.
• Identify, assess and categorize Project Managers’ skills across all program functions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the digital program portfolio, tracking master schedules, classification and prioritisation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, legislation, policies and procedures for all projects.
• Follow up with Project Managers to guarantee timely, budget‑aligned delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain and improve standards, tools and templates for high‑quality project selection, gating and delivery.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• 1–5 years of experience in PMO, project management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of digital program portfolio management and KPI development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers and senior stakeholders.
