About the role
Hyatt Place Al Ula is preparing to open a new 215‑room hotel with food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, a pool and a fitness centre. The Pre‑opening Procurement Agent will support the procurement function during this critical phase, ensuring that all operational supplies and equipment are sourced and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Support sourcing and purchasing of hotel operational supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, follow up on quotations, orders and deliveries.
- Maintain procurement records, tracking sheets and related documentation.
- Assist in comparing quotations and preparing procurement summaries.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Communicate procurement requests to internal departments.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the procurement team.
Required profile
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or administration.
- Strong organizational, coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accurate reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with hotel pre‑opening projects is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
