Preseller – Sales Representative

About the role

The Preseller will join PepsiCo’s Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) sales team, focusing on maximizing sales volume, reducing stale inventory, and achieving distribution targets for the company’s beverage and convenient‑food portfolio. The role involves direct interaction with an assigned customer base, ensuring high‑quality service and accurate market reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the full range of PepsiCo products to a predefined list of customers, meeting agreed sales targets.
• Maintain low levels of stale inventory in line with supervisor‑set thresholds.
• Provide customers with the service standards approved by the supervisor, following the daily route plan and call frequency.
• Collect accounts receivable and ensure timely payment processing.
• Conduct daily and weekly vehicle inspections as required by operating procedures.
• Report market information and sales opportunities to the supervisor.
• Attend training courses to improve professionalism and customer service.
• Participate in daily debriefing sessions with the supervisor to review visited customers and performance.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to follow structured sales processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with retail partners.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adhere to a daily route plan.
• Reliability in completing vehicle checks and maintaining equipment.
• Basic numeracy for handling sales data and accounts receivable.
