Printer & Scanner Technician

About the role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced Printer & Scanner Technician to join its IT team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting a range of printing and scanning equipment as well as related computer hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and repair printers, scanners, copiers and multifunction devices.
• Diagnose and resolve paper jams, print‑quality issues, driver conflicts, connectivity problems and hardware failures.
• Replace consumables and defective components such as toner cartridges, drums, fusers and maintenance kits.
• Configure network and USB printers, set IP settings and install drivers.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to end users, maintaining asset inventories and service logs.
• Perform preventive cleaning, calibration, testing and scheduled maintenance.
• Support computers running Windows, Microsoft Office and basic LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics or a related technical field.
• At least two years of hands‑on experience with printer, scanner or IT‑hardware maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of HP, Canon and Epson devices is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and customer‑service skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
