Procurement Coordinator – Supply Chain

About the role

ICMS Group is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end purchasing for industrial projects in Jubail. The role supports the supply chain by sourcing raw materials, issuing RFQs, and ensuring timely delivery to construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of project‑based purchasing and raw material acquisition.
• Issue formal Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and conduct commercial bid analysis.
• Generate and process accurate corporate Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system.
• Evaluate performance, reliability and delivery standards of local and international suppliers.
• Conduct contract negotiations to secure competitive terms, pricing and payment structures.
• Maintain an updated and approved industrial vendor database.
• Monitor active order manufacturing timelines to prevent project delivery slippage.
• Coordinate material expediting, supply tracking and customs clearance logistics.
• Communicate directly with on‑site construction managers to resolve delivery discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in purchasing and procurement operations.
• Direct experience within industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical or large‑scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Proactive hands‑on management of material logistics and vendor accountability.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication and commercial contract handling abilities.
