Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will lead the sourcing, negotiation and purchase of goods, materials and services essential for the company's operations in Dammam. The role focuses on cost optimisation, supplier management and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, consumables and services from approved local and international suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate proposals and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts and related procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal stock.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to guarantee reliable supply and quality.
• Track purchase orders, follow up on deliveries and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and audit documentation.
• Conduct market research, monitor pricing trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Work with finance on invoice verification, payment processing and budget monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication and vendor‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of Saudi market suppliers and procurement regulations is preferred.
