About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end procurement process, ensuring that all purchased goods and services meet our quality standards and are delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Research and qualify new suppliers, preparing proposals and requesting quotes.
- Negotiate purchase terms and conditions, and issue purchase orders and agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and address quality shortcomings.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items.
- Analyze industry trends and demand patterns to support senior management in developing sourcing strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar purchasing role.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
