Procurement Support Senior Analyst – Managed Services

About the role

As a Procurement Support Senior Analyst within PwC’s Managed Services unit, you will join a team of problem‑solvers delivering end‑to‑end procurement solutions for clients across the Middle East. You will apply data‑driven insights to optimise sourcing, supplier performance and contract compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and invoices, identifying and highlighting any discrepancies.
• Maintain product and service catalogs within ERP or procurement systems.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and support spot‑buy and RFx processes.
• Analyse pricing and technical competence of goods and services.
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with pricing, payment terms, volume commitments and rebates.
• Support supplier assessments, develop and maintain performance scorecards and preferred supplier lists.
• Assist in risk management activities related to the supplier base.

Required profile

• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) of experience in procurement or related functions.
• Proven ability to work with ERP or procurement systems and conduct market research.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven procurement decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail for contract and invoice review.
