Procurement Trainee – Tamheer Program

About the role

We are seeking a motivated fresh‑graduate procurement trainee to join AECOM’s Tamheer Program in Saudi Arabia. The role offers hands‑on exposure to procurement and supply‑chain processes within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily procurement and supply‑chain activities, including preparing purchase requests and related documentation.
• Assist in generating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and data integrity.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and reporting tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management or a related field.
• 0–1 year of professional experience (fresh graduate).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office proficiency.
