Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking an execution‑focused Product Manager to join Autobia’s team and own the Marketplace, a B2B spare‑parts aggregator. You will translate quarterly direction into weekly delivery plans, shape features, and work closely with engineering and internal staff to accelerate order delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear, build‑ready feature briefs that include problem statement, specifications and rationale.
• Own the weekly delivery plan with engineering squads, prioritising and sequencing work to meet quarterly goals.
• Analyse the order lifecycle (supplier POs, inventory, pipeline) to identify friction and reduce cost, time and errors.
• Make pragmatic build‑vs‑manual decisions, shipping features when they deliver measurable savings and using manual processes when engineering capacity is limited.
• Measure key performance indicators and report progress against delivery‑time and quality targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of product management experience in e‑commerce.
• Strong execution skills: ability to turn ambiguous direction into well‑shaped, build‑ready features and a clear weekly plan.
• Technical fluency to discuss scope, feasibility and trade‑offs with engineers.
• Operational mindset: comfortable digging into processes, measuring bottlenecks and driving improvements.
• Data‑driven, customer‑first attitude and pragmatic approach to build‑vs‑manual trade‑offs.
• Excellent English communication skills.
