Product Owner – Lending & Mortgage (Banking Sector)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap and delivery of lending, mortgage and credit‑card solutions for a leading banking organization in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision, roadmap and delivery for lending/mortgage and credit‑card solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to define product requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, manage sprint execution and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive digital transformation and system migration initiatives within lending platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and banking standards.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in the banking sector with strong exposure to lending, mortgage and credit‑card products.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile implementation and transformation.
• Experience delivering core system migration or modernization programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technology effectively.
