Production Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to manage the planning, production and on‑site delivery of event dressing, signage, branding and related elements for a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. The role is ideal for candidates with experience coordinating physical event installations across multiple venues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production, delivery and installation of event dressing, signage, branding and other physical elements across assigned venues.
• Work with production companies, signage suppliers, fabricators, contractors and installation teams to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Support the process from artwork/specification through fabrication, delivery and on‑site installation.
• Manage installation schedules, site access, deliveries, labour requirements and related logistics.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys and measurements to ensure feasibility and correct planning.
• Monitor on‑site progress, resolve issues, and coordinate practical solutions with suppliers and project teams.
• Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet safety and specification standards.
• Maintain production trackers, schedules, snagging lists and other documentation, escalating risks as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in event production, signage, branding, exhibitions, activations, venue operations, retail fit‑out or similar environments.
• Practical experience coordinating fabrication, deliveries and on‑site installations with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong coordination and organisational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of production schedules, site logistics, installation processes and quality control.
• Effective communication with suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
