Production Executive

About the role

The Production Executive will join Neon Consultancy’s fast‑paced Riyadh office, overseeing end‑to‑end photo and video production for client campaigns. Working closely with account managers, creative teams and external vendors, you will ensure that every production meets brand guidelines, client expectations and delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all photo and video shoots from brief to final delivery.
• Develop production schedules, mood boards, shot lists, call sheets and secure locations, permits, talent and equipment.
• Share finalized production briefs with internal and external teams 48–72 hours before each shoot.
• Identify and escalate production risks, missing requirements or scheduling conflicts.
• Be present on set to direct execution, manage workflow and ensure alignment with creative direction and brand standards.
• Monitor lighting, framing and composition during shoots to capture required assets.
• Track production performance, monitor costs and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience managing photo and video production workflows.

• Knowledge of location scouting, permitting processes and talent coordination.
