Marketing & Communication Specialist

About the role

Patchi is looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to drive brand building and manage day‑to‑day marketing activities across all channels. You will work closely with the KSA Marketing Director to align local initiatives with the global brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the KSA Marketing Director to define and execute MarCom strategy in line with global guidelines.
• Plan and buy media, manage product launches, openings, PR events and sponsorships.
• Develop and execute the social‑media calendar, create engaging stories, track reach and engagement, and produce monthly performance reports.
• Write and edit copy in Arabic and English for press releases, e‑commerce, and online communications.
• Ensure brand standards are applied consistently across all touchpoints.
• Prepare creative briefs for internal teams and external agencies, and oversee agency deliverables.
• Engage with fans, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain high brand satisfaction.
• Manage the approved budget, track expenses and report status regularly.
• Analyze campaign performance, link results to sales impact and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Service or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on social‑media management and brand activations.
• Proven hands‑on experience executing marketing campaigns and events.
