Project Controls Manager – Infrastructure Programs

About the role

Jasara PMC is delivering major social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia as part of a joint venture with the Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco. The Project Controls Manager will bring structure and visibility to large‑scale projects, ensuring cost, schedule and delivery performance are clearly understood by all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control and progress reporting activities.
• Monitor performance against budget, timeline and key milestones.
• Develop and maintain project controls systems, dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, cost trends and schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with project directors, client representatives, consultants and contractors on cost and schedule reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project controls, including cost management and schedule oversight.
• Experience on large‑scale infrastructure or social infrastructure programs.
