Project Controls Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead all project controls functions for a major site supervision consultancy project in Riyadh. You will provide strategic oversight of planning, cost, risk and performance measurement to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, progress measurement and reporting.
• Establish and maintain the Project Controls Management Framework, procedures and reporting systems.
• Review and approve contractors' baseline schedules, recovery plans and change control processes.
• Develop integrated controls systems to monitor schedule, cost, risk and performance metrics.
• Prepare dashboards, management reports, executive summaries and KPI reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with planning, commercial, engineering, construction and supervision teams.
• Monitor contractor performance, productivity and contractual compliance.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting, maintaining risk registers.
• Conduct trend analysis and provide early‑warning notifications on emerging issues.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in large‑scale building developments and consultancy environments.
• Strong understanding of project controls best practices and governance.
• Proven ability to influence project leadership and support decision‑making.
• Senior‑level experience with demonstrated success in similar roles.
