Project Controls / Planning Manager (EOI)

About the role

Jasara is building a talent pool for upcoming construction supervision frameworks across Saudi Arabia. The Project Controls / Planning Manager will lead the controls function within the supervision consultant team, ensuring the contractor’s schedule and progress align with approved baselines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls and Planning team.
• Review and monitor the contractor’s baseline schedule, updates, and recovery plans.
• Track progress against milestones, identify critical‑path issues and schedule risks.
• Validate progress measurements and prepare project‑level progress reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with engineering, commercial and site supervision teams.
• Provide schedule analysis, delay‑mitigation recommendations and highlight potential time‑cost impacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls, planning, or construction supervision.
