Project Co‑ordinator

About the role

The Project Co‑ordinator will support the planning, execution and administration of construction projects, ensuring that schedules, resources and documentation are managed efficiently. You will act as the main point of contact for the project team, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and schedules.
• Liaise with the project team to define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Administer all project documentation, filing and distribution according to procedures.
• Develop schedules, assign responsibilities and monitor individual tasks.
• Identify and analyse risks and opportunities, providing mitigation plans.
• Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to the Operations Head and other departments.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination within construction.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
