Project Coordinator – Program & Acquisition Funnel Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee multiple workstreams, ensure timely delivery, and support the customer acquisition funnel. The role bridges internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership, providing clear visibility into project status, risks, and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a master view of all active workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, and risks; flag slippage early and drive resolution.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to keep delivery aligned with timelines and budget.
• Support the operational running of the acquisition funnel by tracking performance across awareness, lead generation, qualification, and conversion stages.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting on funnel metrics such as lead volume, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and pipeline health; prepare concise readouts for the CTAIO and leadership.
• Serve as a reliable liaison between the CTAIO, internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors, drafting clear professional communications on behalf of the office.
• Handle commercially sensitive and personal data responsibly, complying with PDPL, GDPR (where applicable), data‑residency expectations, and internal security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, executive assistance, or program management.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, track dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Experience preparing executive‑level reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of data‑protection regulations (PDPL, GDPR) and ability to handle sensitive information securely.
