Project Engineer – Electrical (EHV Transmission)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Electrical to lead the execution of EHV overhead transmission line projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating all technical and commercial aspects of the project from design through construction to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, including design submittals, procurement, storage, manpower planning and subcontractor management.
• Prepare and update progress reports, job MIS and enforce the construction programme, taking corrective actions when required.
• Manage technical, contractual and commercial issues such as invoicing, collection of payments, variations and client reviews.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical drawings, equipment lists and specifications, ensuring they are readily available for the site team.
• Support implementation of the Quality Assurance and EHS plan on site and promote a professional work culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in execution of EHV overhead transmission line projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to handle project coordination, technical submittals and commercial documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, procurement processes and subcontractor management.
