Project Manager – Communications (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Burson, a global communications leader, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its communications team on a full‑time secondment at a key client’s office in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and Burson, ensuring seamless coordination of high‑quality communication programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
• Track, monitor and report on project progress, guaranteeing deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Support the creation and implementation of communication plans, press materials and advice notes.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform strategy and campaign design.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs and post‑campaign reports.
• Manage approval processes and documentation with accuracy while upholding brand consistency and client confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in public relations, communications or corporate affairs, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Strong written and editorial skills.
